For the technically minded
and those just curious, this is the page for you.
SpaldingNet.com was created
to promote Spalding , it's people, business, leisure
and tourism industries, to the world at large.
It is also a point of contact for ex pats to keep up with what's happening in
the old town.
The site was developed by Spalding based freelance web designers dream-weaver.com and
has no connection with South Holland District Council or Springfields.
Information presented here is gathered from local sources in our spare time.
Elements of Javascript and CSS (style sheets) may cause
problems for surfers using older web browsers, and we recommend that everyone
obtain the latest version of their preferred browser.
Flash animation requires the Flash Player plugin, already installed
in the latest browser versions. If you don't have it already you will be prompted
to go to the Macromedia web site to download it. This is fully automatic, only
takes a few seconds, installs in the correct directory and runs the movie immediately.
Quicktime player is required for some movie files and panoramas.
The site was last updated in August 2006. It was created on an Apple Mac computer
